Who we are

Topsure Roofing & Maintenance Ltd (company number 16165677, registered office 94 Brook Street, Erith, DA8 1JF) is responsible for the personal information you give us. If you have any questions about this policy, email sam@topsureltd.co.uk or call 07977 495964.

What we collect

When you contact us by phone, WhatsApp, email or the quote form, we collect what you give us: usually your name, phone number, email address, the address or postcode of the job, a description of the work and any photos you send. If we carry out work for you, we also keep the quotes and invoices for that job.

How we use it

We use your information only to reply to your enquiry, visit and quote for the work, carry out the work, invoice for it and keep proper business and tax records. We do not use it for marketing and we never sell it.

Our legal basis

We use your information because you have asked us to quote for or carry out work (steps before and during a contract), and because we have to keep financial records by law.

Who we share it with

We only share information when we need to: with the companies that provide our email and website hosting, with our accountant, and with HMRC where the law requires. Everyone who works on a job for us works under the Topsure name and only sees what they need for that job.

How long we keep it

If an enquiry does not go ahead, we delete your details within 12 months. For jobs we carry out, we keep quotes and invoices for 6 years, as required for tax purposes.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our web fonts are provided by Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers to load them.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we no longer need to keep it. Email sam@topsureltd.co.uk and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
